  This place is an incredible place to get YOUR best workout. The staff are all friendly and the trainers very motivating (not at all intimidating). If you're looking to work at your own pace, with the benefits of a trainer (without the outrageous cost of personal training), have a varied workout without having to do the planning. All you have to do is show up and be willing to do your best for 55 minutes. You will get results. If you're thinking about trying it, I highly recommend it!
